At Hurghada Apartment, we offer competitive rental prices that vary based on the season and length of stay. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a long-term stay, we have special discounts to make your holiday even more affordable.

Exclusive Discounts

When booking directly with us, you can take advantage of the following discounts (discounts cannot be combined):

• 30% discount – for stays of 60 nights or more
• 21% discount – for stays of 30 nights or more
• 14% discount – for stays of 20 nights or more
• 7% discount – for stays of 10 nights or more
• 15% loyalty discount – as a special thank you to our returning guests

For extended stays beyond 60 nights, we are happy to offer a customized discount based on your individual needs.

The Rental Price Includes

• Wireless Internet
• Smart TV
• Air Conditioning in all rooms
• Electricity
• Water, water filter
• Bed linen, towels, toilet paper
• Use of residential pool and beach, including loungers and sunshades

Payment Terms

• After receiving your booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total accommodation price is due within 3 days via bank transfer.
• The remaining balance (up to 100%) must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival date and is non-refundable.
• If you cancel at least 61 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded.

• Minimum stay: 5 nights
